This is the third entry regarding E business Financial. A couple of days ago, my wife found a Federal Trade Commission rule book that said that the company distributing the funds is supposed to first learn the account number to which the total amount of the proceeds will be deposited. Once cleared and deposited to my account, I will have seven days to pay the 18% fee. ( the actual fee is not 18%, which, for our amount would actually be 4,725 instead of the 4.200 that they want us to pay.)
Yesterday, l talked to "Jasmine" at E Business Financial and informed her of the rules mentioned here. I asked her to affirm that she, and EBF have, in fact been contracted to deliver this money, they want to accomplish the task soonest and of course legally. She did affirm such but she was unable to agree to send my proceeds until l pay at least half of the 4,200. l insisted that EBF pay me first. We had no agreement during that call on that subject but she said she,d put some stuff in the mail for me right away that she hopes would convince us.

More about E Business Financial
Their method of payment was simple; l would FedEx a certified check to a Tempe Az address, along with a deposit slip from my checking account. On receipt of the fee they would then, within the same business day, direct deposit the proceeds into that account. So all l have to do is get $4200. together, send it off to Tempe and hope for the best.
l wondered (out loud) if l could just drop by their Tempe office with with the check, hand it over and take delivery of their check for me. NO. We have no brick and mortar location here. etc, etc.
How about you, EBF in current possession of all the proceeds, take $4200, pay your
fee and direct deposit the $22,050 into my account. l'm thinking that's the way they'd do it if they were serious about accomplishing payment. Consider also that they require the fee to be paid within one week of notification.(12.16.14)
Maybe more later.

Here's some news: Today l got a call from Richard at E BUSINESS FINANCIAL who told me that the domain name of this blog has been sold to bonus.ca.,a Canadian company. Some how, that will not change anything so far as my use of it , except any monies will go to the new owners,l will be paid what l guess is money accumulated by the site since the beginning in 2009. The catch is that I'm required to pay an 18% broker's fee BEFORE they pay me. l hope the credit union will be able to help me make this work: the net proceeds exceed 20k, I think we both know the chances for success with this are slim, We,ll see,
